A little bit about myself…
I’m a wife and mom to a 5-year-old boy who keeps me on my toes! I work full-time as a technical writer but my passion is coaching others to meet their own fitness and health goals. As a chronic quitter, I understand how difficult it can be to stick to a workout schedule–it’s so easy to give up! But with consistency and dedication, results are possible. You can feel so much better in your skin by taking care of your body.
I also LOVE food, so I enjoy finding ways to make my favorite treats and comfort foods healthy. I believe that God allows us to enjoy our food, but too much of a good thing can hurt us, so balance is required!
